Is my watch waterproof?

Friend or Foe timber watches are splash proof. Activities that might include full immersion in water such as showering or swimming are not recommended and will cause failure of the watch. Water ingress is not covered by the warranty.

Can I change the battery?

Friend or Foe timepieces have been designed to be user friendly, the selection of the Miyota Japanese movement enables the wearer to change the battery with relative ease. The battery is located behind the timber back plate which is accessed by the removal of four screws. Alternatively your local watch repairer will be able to undertake this task for you.

Care for my watch

Your new timepiece is protected with natural oils which gives it water resistant properties. We recommend using a good quality furniture polish applied to a soft cloth. Wipe on gently and buff off to finish.

Do not spray furniture polish directly on to the watch, apply to cloth first.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day return policy. Contact us for return information by emailing enquiries@vulcantothesky.org We will advise return details and arrange an exchange or refund when the watch has been received and inspected.
